**Job Title: Forklift Operator - $22 an hour**
**Job Description**
The forklift operator will work on a team to help unload, load, and store products in a formal manner. The shift is from 8am to 5pm. The operator will be using stand-up/sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks. During the first week, the operator will be paired with a current worker to learn the facility's plans. There is potential for quick advancement to team lead positions.
**Hard Skills**
+ Receiving, inspecting, and putting away inventory
+ Picking and packing product
+ Utilizing warehouse equipment such as scanners, vocollect, and forklifts
+ Adhering to strict safety, quality, and warehouse production standards
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds
+ Processing data into WMS
+ Proficiency in inventory control including cycle counting and reconciliation
**Soft Skills**
+ Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
+ Follows process improvement particulars
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Job Type**
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Bessemer, Alabama.
**Work Environment**
