Job Summary:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include mixing small batch matched color inks and managing the disposal of chemical waste generated by the department.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
  • Willingness to learn about color theory and subtractive color mixing.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to performing work safely and productively.
  • Reliability and good attendance are crucial.
  • Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Capability to work at a fast pace.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching/working overhead is required.
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling may be necessary.
  • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity are essential.
  • Safety gear including hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes must be worn.

Schedule:

Work is scheduled as 2 days on followed by 2 days off, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - totaling 36 hours per week.

  • Earn overtime pay at time and a half after 36 hours!
  • Receive a shift differential for all hours worked on day shifts!
