Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate will be under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished productsReceives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects conditionGathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method usedRecords received and shipped items according to established proceduresRoutes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areasCompletes written and computerized documentationRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires at least 1-year related experiencePrefer forklift certificationKnows typical shipping and receiving procedures and can handle some exceptionsRequires basic reading, writing and numerical abilityValid driver's license with good driving record may be requiredAble to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack liftEffective verbal communication skillsAble to lift up to 50 poundsPosition can become a hire-on depending on Attendance and Performance1st shift is 8-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, Possible OvertimeResume and Interview NeededApply Today
