DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas or to put away merchandise in storage areas.
- Removes empty pallets from pick-lines and storage areas.
- Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information.
- May complete daily production log.
- Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:• Ability to operate a stand-up lift. • Ability to operate assigned sit-down lift (corrugate function). • Ability to use hand held/lift-mounted radio frequency unit. • Basic math and reading skills. • Communication skills. • Competency to obtain a lift operator license.
EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in an automated distribution center preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems applications preferred.
- Experience in automated retail distribution center preferred.
- Previous industrial equipment experiences preferred.
- Prior baler operation experience preferred (corrugate function)
