Job Title: Forklift Production AssociateLocation: Germantown, WICompensation: $22.00+/hour (depending on the shift)Shifts Available: 10:30pm-7:00am (Monday night to Saturday morning)Job Summary:Join our team in the food manufacturing industry, where you will perform various unskilled and semi-skilled tasks. As a Forklift Production Associate, you will assist with the processing of food product ingredients, ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Load and unload materialsPackage finished productsOperate forklifts and other material handling equipmentClean machines and facilities to maintain food safety standardsActively identify and report any food safety or defense issuesAssess raw materials to ensure conformance and consistencyQualifications and Skills:Must understand and follow basic instructions, possess basic math skills, and participate in team discussions and activitiesAble to work independently or as part of a teamCapable of receiving and applying safety training on machinery operation, chemical usage, and forklift operationRequired Education and Certifications:High school diploma or GEDCurrent Forklift Certification (must provide proof)Physical Requirements:Ability to repetitively lift 50 to 80 pounds (e.g., bags, boxes, six-gallon buckets)Comfortable working in wet, sanitized environments and wearing protective gearAbility to handle hazardous cleaning chemicalsMust be able to climb stairs for machine accessDue to this being a food processing full PPE would be required and all GMP rules are to be followedManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
