The Foster Care Case Assistant performs clerical tasks, transportation of clients, and supervision of visitations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties maybe assigned.
- Transports and supervises visits of children with designated persons.
- Records case notes regarding visitation and other child related activity accurately and objectively and in a timely manner.
- Completes time sheets, mileage sheets, vouchers with receipts, and other appropriate forms within three working days of the end of the month.
- Provides transportation of clients to clinics, hospitals, schools, psychological appointments, and other case related activities as required.
QualificationsA high school diploma and some technical training in human services or related field are required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
