Foster Parent Engagement Specialist - Spanish Speaking
: Job Details :

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and licensing of long term foster homes for the agencys Unaccompanied Children program.

• Oversee and conducts foster parent orientation and training.
• Works cohesively with the case managers regarding clients case plans.
• Conducts home evaluations and annual reassessments.
• Investigate complaints that relate to the care of children in the foster home to maintain compliance with licensing regulations.
• Passion for working with the Unaccompanied refugee children population.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (orally and written) required.
