JOB DESCRIPTIONMake your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.The Foundation Assistant will provide assistance to the Director of Westfields Hospital Foundation including meeting scheduling, event planning, board governance, policy updates, and donor data management.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible.Required Qualifications:2-year degree in business related studies; and/or equivalent experience.Previous experience in an administrative support position.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree or higher.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to partner with others to accomplish a common goalProven experience in event planningDemonstrated customer service orientationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely, organized, confident mannerFundraising experienceExcellent communication skills coupled with the ability to direct others and work as a team.Benefits:At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we believe in providing our employees with exceptional benefits to help you thrive in your work.
