Summary

+ Hybrid in O'Fallon, IL, 3 days/week on-site minimum

The Foundation Specialist is responsible for executing fundraising strategies for annual donations and fundraising events for one or more specific ministry foundations. This role works with ministry donor and prospect inquiries and manages all local mailings, system and colleague appeals, event management and implementations, online giving, stewardship mailings/activities, memorials/tribute gifts, and grateful patient acquisition.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, philanthropy, or a related field is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent plus five year's of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing, public relations or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing or public relations is required. (This experience is in addition to experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
