About FINESSE

As the first truly AI-led fashion house, FINESSE is pioneering a new paradigm within the fashion industry that is more efficient, faster and more sustainable. Similarly to how a hedge fund would analyze stock performance and hedge its bets, FINESSE utilizes advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence on social & proprietary data to determine what styles will be trending next and what exact quantity to produce. Leading an era of predictive fashion, FINESSE's algorithmic underpinnings allow for the creation of best-in-class products brought to market faster than the competition and done so more affordably and ethically. Instead of overproducing garments by the tonnes and coating the industry in garments no one ever asked for, FINESSE produces what is wanted, when it is wanted, eliminating the fashion industry's footprint as the second largest polluter in the world.

Nestled between both the right and left brain, the FINESSE team consists of former US Olympians, Academy Award-shortlisted artists and scientists who have conducted research under Nobel Prize winners. The FINESSE culture is that of dreamers & doers. We envision the next age of fashion & consumer and then get to work to implement it, always thinking creatively, innovatively and collaboratively to create real change. We are energetic, highly creative and hungry for change that is both revolutionizing as well as ethical.

About the Role

As a Founder's Associate at FINESSE, you will act as the founder's right hand, playing an integral role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and growth across the organization. Whether it's coordinating strategic planning sessions, refining internal workflows, or managing key strategic projects, you will be the go-to person for ensuring that the business runs smoothly.

You will thrive in this position if you are a versatile problem-solver with the ability to quickly adapt to different challenges. Your analytical mindset, paired with hands-on execution, will empower you to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical, data-driven solutions. By taking on a variety of responsibilities, you'll help scale the business, while learning from the founder's playbook on how to run a high-growth startup.
