About the RoleThis is a founding engineer position. We're looking for someone to be an IC who can provide both a depth of expertise and drive direction for the engineering team. This includes supporting engineers getting unblocked, providing technical leadership, and driving the team to their goals.Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Senior experience with data transformations. Need to understand database structures and the movement and collection of data.
- Senior experience with integrations.
- Leadership experience of some kind.
- AI exposure or experience.
Compensation: $150-220K + equity + benefits (health/dental/vision).
