$200,000-$250,000 + EQUITY

We're partnering with an early-stage startup focused on building open-source infrastructure to optimize LLM applications. Their innovative platform enables a feedback loop for improving production data, creating smarter, faster, and more cost-effective models. By unifying inference, observability, optimization, and experimentation, they empower cutting-edge workflows for complex multi-step LLM applications—all while maintaining blazing-fast performance.

THE ROLE – FOUNDING FRONTEND ENGINEER

As the Founding Frontend Engineer, you'll build the platform from the ground up, focusing on optimization, evaluation, observability, and integrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Build new features and workflows from scratch (0-1) in React/TypeScript.
• Develop the frontend architecture for the platform, ensuring it's optimized for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the cofounders to design and implement innovative solutions for complex AI-driven challenges.
• Tackle unique product design challenges related to massive data processing and programmatic interfaces.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience building new features or systems from the ground up (0-1).
• Expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Contributions to open-source projects are highly preferred.
• A portfolio of past work is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with RemixJS, TailwindCSS, or product/UI design.
• Experience with Rust for backend development.

BENEFITS

This role offers a competitive base salary of $200,000 - $250,000, alongside significant equity.
