The Developer Link has partnered with an NYC based Healthcare startup that is searching for a Founding Engineer to join the team.
The set up:
- Onsite ideally 4-5 days a week
- Netflix-like culture - high autonomy, context over control
- Current Company size of 10
- Current Eng team size of 4
- $140-220k base depending on experience
- Up to 1% equity

The person:
- Truly Full Stack
- High agency
- Ability to run their own projects from start to finish
- Love to experiment with new tech
- Experience working in and understanding of the demands of a high growth, VC backed startup (ideally Seed / Series A)
- Entrepreneurial spirit (++ they love Ex VC backed Founders or people that might want to be one one day!)
