As a Founding Engineer - Machine Learning, you will be a crucial member of our team, developing and deploying advanced ML models. Working closely with our CTO, you'll build scalable solutions to solve real-world problems and influence our strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy ML models and algorithms.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Manage ML project lifecycle from data collection to deployment.Optimize models for performance and efficiency.Participate in strategic planning as a founding team member. Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.Experience in developing and deploying ML models.Proficiency in Python.Knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred:Startup experience.Experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications.
