- Lead the architecture, design, and development of internal tools to enable seamless, data-driven clinical operations
- Build clinician-facing and patient-facing tools to improve clinical care quality, efficiency, and user experience
- Develop our data stack, building tools to scalably track, analyze, and report on key metrics to drive clinical and operational decisions
- Manage API-based integrations for seamless data interoperability and communication between platforms
- Establish standards and ensure compliance (e.g. HIPAA) and accuracy for the company's technology performance, including cloud architecture, data warehouse, and communication technologies
Tech stackFull-stack development, cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), API development, HIPAA-compliant software, frontend and backend developmentCandidate requirements
- 2+ years of leading or working alongside a team of engineers in a high-growth organization with evolving products
- Proven ability to define technical requirements and system architecture with clarity on feasibility, time, cost and impact
- Experience managing and configuring IT infrastructure in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with API development and integrations
- Experience with frontend and backend development preferred
- Ability to perform code reviews and review/approve system architecture and database structures
- Startup experience in a fast-paced development environment preferred, but not required
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant software products and services preferred, but not required
- 4 - 6 years of experience of relevant 0-1 full-stack development experience with user-centric, data-driven applications
Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 base + equity + benefits
