Recruiting from Scratch is a talent firm that focuses on placing the best candidate for our clients. Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to help them hire.

Salary Range: $150K - $190K base salary + equity base.

A venture-backed SaaS start-up on a mission to transform the $450B US Fashion and apparel industry. We're building the next-generation fashion platform specifically designed for fast-growing fashion brands. Our mission is to streamline operations, optimize inventory, and simplify complex supply chains.

Our engineering team is led by a second-time founder who brings deep technical expertise to build our data-driven platform. Our team is rounded out by experienced engineers who have worked at companies such as MongoDB, Bloomberg LP, JP Morgan, BNY Mellon, and Infosys.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, deliver high-quality software on time, and set the technical direction of the company.
  • Play a crucial role in building the data infrastructure and pipelines that will power our mission to build the next-gen fashion platform.
  • Put the customer first and approach everything through the lens of how it will impact customers.
  • Be deeply curious and come up with innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Be intensely driven to succeed and move fast, understanding that execution and speed are key.
  • Embrace the idea that sometimes it's better to try and fail than to wait for all the data you want.
