Job DescriptionPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area, as applicable.
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.
- Pack and complete orders as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.
- Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
- Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stocking and replenishing products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, and notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- One (1) year of guest service experience.
