Why You Should Join Our FP&A Team:

This is a great opportunity to be an early team member and have an impact, with a lot of room for future growth. In partnering with the Business Operations, Sales, and Customer Success organizations and their operations teams, this role will have visibility with the C-Suite team and be at the heart of Sisense's investment in growth. This role will report to the head of FP&A.

Please note this hire is highly preferred to be in the New York City area, and would ideally be able to come onsite at least once a week.

Responsibilities will include:

• You will develop tools that track Sisense's OKRs and metrics used to evaluate performance.
• You will develop and update monthly forecasts and other key operating activities.
• You will identify any gaps in current data or processes needed to develop predictable financial results and work with the business to improve our processes.
• You will own the annual budgeting process, including partnering with senior leadership to develop their growth plans in a way that allows Sisense to meet our overall goals and financial targets.
• You will manage and validate board reporting metrics.
• You will be the trusted finance business partner and advisor to the company's leadership.

What You've Accomplished... So Far:

• You have 2+ years of Investment Banking, Consulting, or FP&A experience, preferably covering software companies.
• You have a solid grasp of SaaS metrics and basic accounting principles.
• You have extensive financial modeling experience.
• You have excellent communication skills, executive presence, and ability to work cross-functionally.
