The Foundational Business Expense Planning & Analysis team provides budgeting, accounting, strategic analysis and advice to the Foundational Business Leadership team. In partnership with the business, we strive to add value in the achievement of multi-year strategies and a deep understanding of business operations.

Role Overview:

The team is in search of a highly qualified individual with strong business partnering and analytical skills. This role will focus on collaborating with our Finance and Business leadership teams to align expense operations with business objectives. The candidate will act as a strategic expense partner, assisting in the implementation of enterprise-wide expense strategies, building metrics that support operational expense analysis and driving continuous improvement of our expense operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the reporting and analysis of Value Stream expenses, strategic initiatives and headcount, including the development of analysis and business driver commentary.
  • Liaise with Value Stream business leaders and HR business partners to review expense and headcount trends, understand new demand and advise on timing of implementation of new spend.
  • Develop understanding of Value Stream operations, long term strategy and aligning it with long-term financial strategy.
  • Develop forward year budgets and Outlook for Value Streams including the communication of expense growth guidance and other assumptions, review of strategic/operations plans and ensuring budgets align with overall Foundational Business objectives.
  • Prepare executive level presentations for Senior Finance and Business Leadership teams.
  • Partner with our expense leadership team to help drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Create in depth analysis related to various business expense drivers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar preferred; MBA preferred, but not required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint is required; Tableau or other data analytic tools experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-based ledger and budgeting systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a proven ability to collaborate and build strong business partnering relationships.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate with mid to senior level leadership.
  • Project management and process improvement skills, ability to multitask.
  • Is action-oriented and self-directed. A self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results.
  • Should be comfortable with ambiguity and developing solutions to improve operational issues.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $62,400-$90,000

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
