  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans for the US market, focusing on sales, marketing, and distribution channels.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability by channel, customer, and product line. Provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to evaluate promotional strategies, pricing decisions, and new product launches.
  • KPI Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against financial and strategic goals. Build dashboards to communicate insights to leadership.
  • Investment Analysis: Create financial models to assess the ROI of key investments, including marketing campaigns, supply chain initiatives, and market-entry strategies.
  • Strategic Support: Support long-term planning by analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance existing financial systems and processes to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-growth or start-up environments is a plus.
