Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSummaryUnder general supervision safely performs tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. Employee in this position will beresponsible for operating and maintaining Dual Fluid pumps or other assigned equipment during operations as well as pre and post job execution. Employee may be required to perform a variety of task or job duties assigned by Supervisor. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.RequirementsKey Accountabilities
- Operate, service, and maintain equipment in a safe manner
- Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance
- Complete electronic DOT driver logs daily
- Comply with required safety and operational procedures
- Train and mentor less experienced crew members during jobs
- Assists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down
- Operate Frac fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures
- Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are up to date
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor
- Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations
- Actively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they can understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculations
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the position
- Basic computer skills are preferred
- Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and departmental guidelines
- Knowledge and skills to complete driver logs
- Knowledge of Frac Pumps, operations and maintenance
- Able to operate Frac pumps as per operating standards and procedures
- Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and PSL guidelines
- Must possess the communications skills required to perform the essential functions of the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting
- Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions
- Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends, and be on a on -call rotation
- Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements
Education Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience
- 1 - 2 years' required experience
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have a valid Class A Driver's License with the proper endorsements required for the type vehicle operated, issued by state of residence
