**Framing Laborer**
_Weekly Pay - Start ASAP - $23/hour_
**Job Summary** **:**
A manufacturer of structural components has an immediate opening for a dedicated production worker. The ideal candidate will assist in the building of trusses, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and operating hand and power tools to fabricate products according to specifications. Ideal candidates would possess 6 months of
**Shift:** Multiple shifts available
+ _1_ _st_ _:_ Monday thru Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
+ _2_ _nd_ _:_ Monday thru Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am & Friday 3:00pm-1:30am (No weekends)
**Pay** **:**
+ $20-23/hour
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble wood products according to design specifications and blueprints.
+ Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
+ Operate various production equipment, including saws, presses, and nail guns.
+ Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions.
**Qualifications** **:**
+ 6 months of hand and power tool experience
+ Ability to read a tape measure to down to a 32nd of an inch
+ 6 months of previous construction or manufacturing experience
+ Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
