Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.What you'll bring to the team...:Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgersReconcile and balance accountsGenerate and analyze financial statementsPrepare and process payrollGenerate 1099s and W2s and calculate and prepare tax statementsCommunicate with clients, client suppliers, vendors and banking contactsAssist in client retention and client growth opportunitiesYour Expertise:High school diploma or equivalentNational bookkeeping and payroll certifications from the National Bookkeeping Association, or the ability to successfully obtain certifications1-3 years of bookkeeping experienceKnowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles & proceduresAbility to correctly interpret and apply complete instructions, policies and regulationsAbility to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretionAnalytical skills and an eye for detailsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independentlyPosting Title:Bookkeeper - Franchise Location
