Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide resulting recommendations. Provide technical and project management support towards the delivery of next-generation AI capabilities. Interact with senior leadership in establishing and managing scope, schedule and milestones, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with program-wide modernization initiatives and solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Perform financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for moderate-sized programs, organizations, or proposals.Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with program or project management in a technical environment, including schedule management, risk management, scope management, financial management, and staff planning.
  • Experience with analyzing project-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate financial forecasting and projections and monitoring actuals against plan.
  • Experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams for AI and Analytics, Operations, and Consulting Services.
  • Experience with leading technical teams in the area of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.
  • Knowledge of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience with leading a team of skilled AI/Analytics professionals, including data scientists, engineers, or architects.
    • Experience in working with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
    • Experience with the government proposal process, including incumbent recompete.
    • Ability to maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
