Role Summary:

Free People is looking for someone to join the NYC Wholesale Showroom as a Junior Account Executive. In this position, you will maximize profitability within department store accounts by completing all necessary tasks (manage accounts, create re-orders, order maintenance, copy, sample pulls, order templates, etc.) and support the team in managing accounts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
    • Drive sales and margin expectations of owned account
    • Prep for market appointments ensure all history is pulled and samples are ready for appointments
    • General order maintenance review oversolds and priority code updates to maximize shippable
    • Complete all account copy information (COM, COO, care and content, CA pricing if applicable)
    • Ensure all style info is correctly loaded into GXS prior to EDI timing
    • Reformat and check style info is correct on all sized orders received post market to send to CS
    • Pull data for weekly sales recap
    • Review weekly best sellers and pull ATS for immediate reorders
    • Weekly review of .coms to ensure all styles are up and MDs are accurate
Role Qualifications:
  • 1+ years in apparel wholesale preferred
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Skilled at multitasking
  • Having a positive attitude
  • Excel and Power Point proficient
  • Systems used: BlueCherry, Nuorder, Skypad, Microsoft Office

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Hr. EEO Statement:
