This role is crafted for those who are adept at navigating the intricacies of proposal creation, deal tracking, and administrative support within our dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in reinforcing our internal new business operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine proposal decks in Google Slides, ensuring presentations effectively showcase our agency's capabilities to potential clients.
- Lead weekly deal updates and tracking, employing analytical insights for strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM management for accurate client interaction and deal progression tracking, facilitating precise follow-up and pipeline forecasting.
- Offer strategic insights in new business meetings, utilizing market research and competitive analysis to refine outreach strategies.
- Streamline administrative processes for the new business team, enhancing efficiency and productivity in pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs, using this information to tailor our proposals and strategies effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new business development, preferably within PR or marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Sheets, supporting a data-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Creative and analytical thinker, capable of generating compelling narratives and applying data strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for effective client engagement and team collaboration.
