OVERVIEW Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Common Areas - Clean and sanitize common areas. Bakery Cleaning - Clean and sanitize bakery areas. COP Tank - Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank. RTE Production Lines - Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines. Fryer Filtering - Filter fryer. Fryer Boilout - Boil out the fryer. Production areas - Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education
