Inbound Professional isresponsible for performing inbound tasks such as each based cycle counting, quality control, scrapping and 3-scan receiving.
Responsibilities and Working Conditions:- Processing all inbound deliveries quickly and accurately, using computers, RF Scanning Guns, and motorized equipment to complete all required transactions
- Scanning labels on packages, load packaging machines with boats, and label packages with printed labels
- Applying knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation
- Assisting in shut down procedures and special requirements
- Perform replenishment process
- Transfer finished products and raw material around the plant and warehouse
- Perform cycle counts
- Quality assurance of raw and finished materials
- Safe Food Practices specific to department
- Pick food products and pack in racks verifying items using UPC codes.
- Stack processed food products in totes and boxes.
- Scan labels on packages load totes and boxes and label packages with printed labels.
- Assist in housekeeping of the department
- Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse
- Breakdown and stock production shelves
- In a work day: standing/walking 6-10 hours or more
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
