Location: Bridgeport,CT, USA
An active, lively, and welcoming family based in NYC on the Upper West Side is seeking a positive, upbeat, and reliable nanny for 2 children, ages 7 months and 3 years old.
The family divides their weekends between the city and their houses in L.I., CT, and occasional domestic and international travel.
Approximately 50% of the weekends or more will be outside of NYC.
The guaranteed weekend schedule is as follows:
Friday around 7:30am - 7pm
Saturdays 7:30am - 7pm
Sundays 7:30am - 7pm
Some flexibility is needed.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities to stimulate play and interaction.
* Preparing bottles, bottle feedings, diaper changes, and sterilization of bottles.
* Maintaining the schedule for naps and feeding.
* Plan activities and playdates.
* Childrens laundry and keeping the childs room and main spaces clean and tidy.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of relevant nanny experience.
* Ability to travel.
* Legally permitted to work in the U.S.
* Clean background check.
* Able to commit to at least one year.
* 2-3 relevant references.
* Vaccinated.
Salary: + / - $35.00 gross hourly.
Overnights spent outside of the city will be compensated at an additional $100 - 150 per night.
Meals will be provided while away.
Ubers will be provided in the city for any later evenings past 8pm.
PTO: 3 sick days, 5 vacation days, and major holidays on regularly scheduled workdays.
