Agents are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of needs including check-in and check-out; familiarizing guests with the resort; answering phone calls & assisting with questions; handling guest billings, resolving concerns and more. We are seeking full-time & part-time, Front Desk Agents who love working with people in a fast-paced environment. We have morning & evening shifts available! Prior experience preferred but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, have strong verbal & written communication skills as well as problem solving skills. Experience working with computers is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule & be willing/able to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays, as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Competitive pay and great benefits!
