Our team is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our growing family. Flexible Availability is required to work both a 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm shift.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the hotel.
- Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Uphold the high standards of the Marriott brand for guest service excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and check-in/check-out systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Marriott brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction is a plus.
