Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:
* Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills.
* Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
* Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
* Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
* Answers guest questions and provides directions.
* Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
* Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
* Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
* Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
* Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
* Regular and reliable attendance
* Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications:
* Knowledge of lodging system application.
