Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be part of the office supporting the resort's guests. The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, a calm pleasing demeanor, a clear speaking voice when answering calls, hotel experience, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Checking guests in upon arrival
• Checking guests out at the end of their stay.
• Creating the guests final bill.
• Addressing and resolving any concerns
• Running day end reports.
• Managing the inbound calls to the resort.
• Some data entry.

What's Needed?

• Customer service skills
• A calm pleasing demeanor.
• Clear speaking voice when answering calls.
• Must have hotel experience
• Attention to detail.
• Schedule Must be flexible 6AM - 230pm
