The Park on Main Hotel in beautiful Highlands, NC is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Agent to provide personalized, courteous, and prompt service to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests while following all standard operating procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Efficient and timely execution of the shift checklists.
* Set up and tear down of continental breakfast.
* Serves as a primary point of contact for guests to provide services such as check in, check out, assistance making reservations, room issues or requests, or any other task requested by the guest.
* Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
* Displays high level competency in the property management systems.
* Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
* Follows the proper work environment procedures regarding harassment, grievances, and substance abuse as outlined in the Columbus Hospitality handbook.
* Provides professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system or verbal) to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
* Provides excellent concierge services to guests by having a high level of knowledge of dining and recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas.
* Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
* Any other task deemed necessary by the management team.
