Responsibilities •Greet guests and check them into their rooms efficiently and warmly. •Purpose: Create a positive first impression and ensure a smooth check-in process. •Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. •Purpose: Provide excellent customer service and address any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. •Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. •Purpose: Ensure effective communication within the hotel and assist guests with their needs. •Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records. •Purpose: Ensure smooth transactions and proper documentation of financial activities. •Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations and providing local area information. •Purpose: Enhance the overall guest experience and meet their needs effectively. Qualifications •This role requires good verbal and written English communication skills. •You must be able to handle cash or credit transactions and have front-office software proficiency. •This job requires light workexerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently with a regular need to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. •From time to time, you may need to assist with luggage which may require you to exert force of up to 50 pounds of force. •Long hours, many of which may be spent standing, are required.
