We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to assist with our client's retail store work. This position will be a full-time 4+ month contract and on-site.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Organize and schedule meetings using Outlook and TEAMS
Accurately enter data into various systems
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Assist with payment processing using basic payment systems
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain and organize calendars for team members
What You'll Need
Required:
HS diploma/GED required
Experience facing customers, be it in retail or other customer-service positions
Experience working both independently and within a team; must be pleasant to work with and helpful with customers, able to answer questions, etc.
Experience answering phones, data entry, holding conversations, organizing calendars
Basic computer skills - Excel, Outlook, Teams, some experience with payment systems helpful
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
