Front Desk Attendant Five Star Parks and Attractions •Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized •Be comfortable with guest's questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a manager •Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes •Stock and keep redemption area organized •Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies •Communicate daily with team members
