The Front Desk Attendant at Altamont is responsible for administrative duties related to the general safety and security of a 41-unit apartment property.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor video surveillance equipment, fire systems, and building exits.
- Conduct interior and exterior property checks.
- Enforce property and leasing rules.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing guests.
- Observe and report resident behaviors.
- Create and review shift logs.
- Receive and record resident payments.
- Assist with janitorial or kitchen duties as needed.
- Adhere to Association policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Resident Assistant and Pool Staff.
- Create and distribute incident reports.
- Role model recovery and wellness.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with program housing or working with individuals with mental illness preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including setting and enforcing boundaries.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Adult CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Tulsa City/County Health Department Food Handler's permit required within 90 days.
