Job Description:
The Front Desk Attendant at Altamont is responsible for administrative duties related to the general safety and security of a 41-unit apartment property.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor video surveillance equipment, fire systems, and building exits.
  • Conduct interior and exterior property checks.
  • Enforce property and leasing rules.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing guests.
  • Observe and report resident behaviors.
  • Create and review shift logs.
  • Receive and record resident payments.
  • Assist with janitorial or kitchen duties as needed.
  • Adhere to Association policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Resident Assistant and Pool Staff.
  • Create and distribute incident reports.
  • Role model recovery and wellness.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with program housing or working with individuals with mental illness preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including setting and enforcing boundaries.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
  • Adult CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Tulsa City/County Health Department Food Handler's permit required within 90 days.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Work in a climate-controlled office setting.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Report environmental hazards.
  • Flexible work schedule and occasional travel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
  • Visual and auditory acuity for hazard identification.
  • Physical mobility and endurance for standing/walking.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Safe and proper use of office equipment.
