Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greets and assists members and visitors.
  • Addresses inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Receives money.
  • Assists patron with program registrations.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.
  • Light cleaning of equipment.
  • Monitor facility use.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Licenses or Certifications: Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of County and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.
  • Skill in performing data entry.
  • Skill in operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Skill in prioritizing and organizing work.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to assist employees.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with management, employees, members of the general public and other groups involved in the activities of the County as they relate to the department.
