- Use Agilysys Reservations Software to facilitate all aspects of our Front Desk and Guest Services Departments.
- Proficiently handle check-in and check-out of all Resort guests
- Have extensive knowledge of Lake Raystown Resort and Raystown Lake to effectively answer guest questions
- Effectively manage the high volume of telephone calls and foot traffic at the Resort Center, a fast paced atmosphere
- Handle all guest comments, concerns complaints and problems
- Balance sales and payment statements and report complete and accurate information to the night auditor
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- All staff under 18 must have a worker's permit provided by your local school district
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties preferred
- Patience and customer-oriented approach a must
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
