This position is responsible for assisting hotel guests with check ins, check outs and accommodations needed during their stay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take phone calls routed to the hotel.
  • Take and make reservations.
  • Answering guest's questions.
  • Check-in guests staying at the hotel using the hotel's reservation software.
  • Check out guests at the end of their stay using the hotel's reservation software.
  • Accommodating the guest's needs and requests during their stay.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems, ensuring the best possible guest experience.
  • Notifying supervisor, manager, maintenance, and/or security when a challenge arises.
  • Assisting hotel housekeepers as needed.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to meet the Company's attendance expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED. Hotel experience is helpful but not required. SKILLS:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Team-oriented yet able to work independently.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills required.
