This position is responsible for assisting hotel guests with check ins, check outs and accommodations needed during their stay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take phone calls routed to the hotel.
- Take and make reservations.
- Answering guest's questions.
- Check-in guests staying at the hotel using the hotel's reservation software.
- Check out guests at the end of their stay using the hotel's reservation software.
- Accommodating the guest's needs and requests during their stay.
- Address complaints and resolve problems, ensuring the best possible guest experience.
- Notifying supervisor, manager, maintenance, and/or security when a challenge arises.
- Assisting hotel housekeepers as needed.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to meet the Company's attendance expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED. Hotel experience is helpful but not required. SKILLS:
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Team-oriented yet able to work independently.
- Basic math skills.
- Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills required.
