Job Purpose:
- To greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- To provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
- Keeping accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Taking accurate messages.
- Making and confirming reservations.
- Providing information to guests about Natchez and other services.
- Assisting guests in securing their valuables.
- Posting additional charges to guests bills.
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Work Environment:
- Inside office setting, air-conditioned and brightly lit.
