Padel Haus is a premium padel club dedicated to promoting the sport of padel, health, and wellness. We opened our first club in 2022 in Brooklyn, NYC and now operate 3 padel facilities in New York City. Padel is a racquet sport that blends elements of tennis andsquash. It is typically played in doubles on an enclosed court about half the size of a tennis court, with walls that can be used during play. This offers a fun, social, and accessible way to stay active and improve fitness. Padel Haus brings a modern and premium touch to the padel experience by offering world-class facilitites to create a community of players, and support active, health-conscious lifestyles.We aiming to open our club in October 2024, just a few weeks away. We are seeking part-time Concierge members to join our team in Nashville. As a Concierge staff, you'll play a key role in overseeing and organizing daily activities of the reception area. Concierge staff will handle various administrative tasks such as managing court reservations and schedules, assisting with player check-ins and account upkeep, as well as collecting payments for bookings, Pro Shop items, and other services. Additionally, they will warmly welcome players upon arrival, manage incoming calls and emails, and offer continuous assistance to club members and players.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the reception area efficiently.
  • Coordinate court reservations and schedules accurately.
  • Greet players warmly, assist with check-in process, and provide direction as needed.
  • Maintain professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails and provide necessary information or assistance.
  • Stay updated on club events, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to players and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service with friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with players, staff, and management.
  • Keen attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (We will NOT consider candidates without a valid US working visa, green card or US passport).
