Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and attentive individual to join our growing team as a Front Desk Associate! As the first person our patients interact with when they come into one of our 9 clinics, you will be the very first impression for patients of our Company. We have developed a tried and tested way of assisting medical marijuana patients to make sure their visits are educational, informative and efficient. As Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our patients are receiving an industry leading experience during their appointment. The Front Desk Associate is naturally a strong multitasker that puts patients first, is well organized, computer literate and an efficient time manager. The position requires confidence in being able to handle questions and objections, book follow-up appointments, assist the physician in tasks and collect deposits, among other responsibilities. Candidates with experience in customer service, administrative duties, and sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications: Ample experience in running a robust front desk, and dealing with difficult and or demanding patients. Ability to prioritize and multitask while delivering an excellent patient experience. Strong computer literacy skills including efficient typing and knowledge of Google Suite. Experience in sales-closing and objection handling. Motivation and drive to hit metrics for booking next appointments and retention patients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Takes directions well and ability to follow an exact procedure. Strong organizational skills. Mastery of PC and Mac and shortcuts / commands. High school diploma required, Associate's and Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to pass a federal background check; no felonies - Required. Must have your own, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities: Greeting and checking-in patients. Collecting appointment payments, follow-up appointment deposits, and upselling our other services. Assisting the Physician with computer tasks including navigating to Patient Charts and looking up patients in the registry. Assisting patients with their medical marijuana application to the OMMU in a timely manner. Keeping the doctor's schedule on time while meeting performance metrics. Effectively communicate our patient journey and showcase the value of being a patient with our physician office. Handle any objections or questions that the patient may have. Properly prepare and organize the physicians and clinic for the day. Answer inbound telephone calls. Remind patients of upcoming visits. Maintain stock of general office supplies. Perform other physician office administrative tasks. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
