Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Manage appointments, events, and conference room scheduling.
- Restock and order office snacks and drinks.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with general invoicing and billing processes, as needed.
Front Desk Coordinator Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Front Desk Coordinator Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, with exposure to accounting or finance.
