Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the mortgage industry, located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, manage the calendar, set up conference rooms, and handlea high volume of mail and package deliveries. Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and employees entering the office Efficiently manage a busy calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring conference rooms are set up for meetings Handle a high volume of incoming mail and packages, including loan paperwork, and distribute them to the correct departments Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to keep track of customer information, correspondence, and other data Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents Provide concierge services to assist with various tasks and inquiries Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive office environment. Requirements Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry Proven ability in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System and providing Concierge Services Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a team Practical experience in Data Entry Skills in Organizing Files and managing Department Mail Experience in Distributing Incoming Mail and overseeing Mail Distribution Must be able to work legally in the United States without any must be eligible to work in the U.S. requirements All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment all candidates required to undergo background check A high standard of written and spoken English is required Applicants must be detail oriented and have a positive attitude towards work Experience in the mortgage industry is highly desirable Applicants must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.
