Company Overview:Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 99 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through leagues, classes, and events. Job Summary:This position is unique because hosts are knowledgeable about ALL facility programming and scheduling and able to assist our customers with any questions they have. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Professional telecommunications etiquette when on the phone and sending emails
- Assisting with sales of programming and customer memberships
- Troubleshooting customer questions and inquiries regarding their program of interest
- Understanding and proper use of our Point of Sales
- General facility upkeep
- Product knowledge, serving and performing accurate transactions
- Performing proper cash handling and credit/debit transactions
- Be able to work 1-2 weekend shifts
- Be able to work weekday evening shifts
Qualifications:
- Prefer previous customer service experience
- Undergo a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to build rapport with all customers & families who come into our facility
