Key Responsibilities: Utilize EHR systems, patient scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. Handle patient scheduling, insurance billing, and various administrative tasks. Maintain excellent communication and math skills. Ensure attention to detail and the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in Vision Care is required Additional experience in Insurance Billing or as an Ophthalmic Technician is a plus.
