Top Job Located in Redmond, OR Salary: $24Front Desk Location: Redmond, OregonPosition Type: Full-time, 7:30am-4pm Salary: $24 per hourFront Desk/Service SchedulerJob PurposeThis position is responsible for answering high volume calls, scheduling service appointments and dispatching emergency service calls.He/ She provides excellent customer service to their clients, contractors, and vendors; produces quality, accurate work while maintaining efficiency and follows the standards of practice set in place.The Front Desk/Service Scheduler is able to handle a high volume of calls and efficiently answer multi line phone. This person is detail oriented, proficient in data entry, can handle a high volume fast paced work environment, possesses active listening skills and the ability to organize information in a timely manner; communicates well with the team, takes direction well, and provides feedback for improvement. Supports the team by completing a variety of office tasks as assigned. Attention to detail is a must for this position.All employees are required to comply with the safety program. Employees should always conduct themselves in a safe manner to ensure their health and safety as well as their colleagues. Employees are required to attend monthly meetings that include safety trainings. Employees are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the safety policies as outlined in the safety manual.Responsibilities
  • Provides the highest standard of service to clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Scheduling: Is capable of scheduling service appointments for residential and commercial customers. Can dispatch and handle emergency calls per the SOP set forth.
  • Phones: Efficiently answers multi-line phone system, politely putting customers on hold and managing several lines simultaneously. Accurately records the information on the provided sheets and inputs that information into the Salesforce system.
  • Appointment confirmation: Performs call ahead 2 days in advance confirming appointments on the upcoming schedule and making adjustments accordingly.
  • Complies with safety policies and standards and supports the safety culture.
  • Specific Measures of Success
  • Scheduling: efficiently schedules service calls grouping them together in a logical order by area to conserve time and gas.
  • Scheduling accuracy: accurately gathers all necessary information and CC info ( if necessary) to provide details in service appointments to technician.
  • Call Ahead: Performs call ahead in a timely manner and adjusts schedule filling in gaps where necessary.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with fellow employees, management, customers, and vendors.
  • Actively participates in safety culture and maintains safe days board.
  • Other: complete other office tasks as assigned with accuracy
