A youth services organization in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Front Desk Lobby Assistant to their team.Responsibilities:The Front Desk Lobby Assistant will
- Welcome staff and guests at entry
- Redirect members and staff not designated to use the lobby entrance to the alternate entrance
- Prepare invoices and Request for Payment to be submitted to accounts payable for processing
- Submit requests to IT for support regarding maintaining office equipment and service requests needed for the Facilities Department staff
- Coordinate repairs and follow-up
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Front Desk and/or related work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Customer service oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
